What do a beautiful day, challenging greens, and Hunter Ranch Golf Course in Paso Robles have in common? They created the perfect setting for the 11th Annual CLCA-SLO Chapter Benefit Golf Tournament! Dinner was excellent and the atmosphere was convivial with much laughter as our MC for the evening, Rob Shortell, from Cal Poly, introduced each raffle prize, announced the winning numbers, and presented the awards from the day’s event.

Fourth Annual Harvest Festival to Showcase Growing Grounds Farm

Autumn has begun, but the last, luscious remains of summer will hold center stage at the third annual Harvest Festival at Growing Grounds Farm, Saturday, October 15th from 12 to 4 p.m. at the Farm located at 820 West Foster Road in Santa Maria.

Over these past few years homes throughout California have been destroyed by the many wildfires that have raged through our state.  There are many ways that homeowners can protect their loved ones and their homes through fire-wise landscaping and maintenance.

On Friday, October 1, 2010, 48 golfers enjoyed the challenging greens at the Monarch Dunes Golf Course during the 9th Annual CLCA-SLO Benefit Golf Tournament. The weather was perfect and everyone had a good time. Dinner was excellent and the atmosphere was convivial with much laughter as our MC’s for the evening, Aaron Huxley and Pat Connelly, introduced each raffle prize, announced the winning numbers, and presented the awards from the day’s event.
